2027 – 45th Season

A thirties Affair
Jan 15th-Feb 7th 2027
When overbearing Pauline tries to force a romance between her guarded friend Carla and the cynical Jason, the two rebels team up, putting on a theatrical show of absolute loathing to teach her a lesson.
But behind closed doors, their fake feud sparks a real connection—until Carla’s pretentious ex-husband unexpectedly returns to win her back. What follows is a flurry of comedic misunderstandings and rapid-fire bickering as these two movie-lovers fight to script their own happy ending.

The Shark is Broken
March 5th – March 28th 2027
Pulling back the curtain on the tortuous, ocean-bound filming of Jaws, three actors find themselves trapped on the water in a cramped cabin while their mechanical shark constantly breaks down.
Driven by claustrophobia and massive generational egos, Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss, and Roy Scheider pass the time drinking, gambling, and bickering. What unfolds is a blistering, alcohol-fueled rivalry that tests their boundaries—completely unaware they are in the middle of creating the first global blockbuster.

Ravenscroft
April 23rd – May 16th 2027
On a bitterly cold night in 1905, Inspector Ruffing is summoned to the remote Ravenscroft manor to investigate a footman’s fatal plunge down the main staircase.
A confession is quickly made, but as Ruffing interviews the house’s five eccentric women, their testimonies disintegrate into a labyrinth of contradictions. Trapped by a blizzard, the Inspector is systematically bewildered and mentally broken down by these sirens, turning the investigation into a dark, farcical puzzle where the detective himself is the prey.

Into the Breeches
June 11th – July 11th 2027
It’s 1942, and the Oberon Play House is about to go dark after its artistic director and leading men are drafted into World War II. Refusing to close, the director’s fiercely determined wife, Maggie, proposes a radical solution: keep the scheduled production of Shakespeare’s Henriad, but cast it entirely with women.
As this eccentric, misfit cast stumbles through rehearsals, they find profound parallels of patriotism, fear, and ultimate courage, binding them together into a powerful community on the home front.

The Lifespan of a Fact
August 5th – August 29th 2027
An eager magazine intern lands a seemingly simple assignment: fact-check a profound essay by a legendary author about a tragic suicide in Las Vegas.
But what should be a routine check turns into a high-stakes nightmare when the intern discovers the author altered countless facts for “literary rhythm.” With the printing deadline looming, a blistering ideological war erupts between literal truth and artistic liberty, pushing the magazine to the brink of chaos.

Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors
September 24th – October 24th 2027
In this lightning-fast, satirical reimagining of Bram Stoker’s classic tale, Jonathan Harker accidentally unleashes a remarkably vain, pansexual vampire onto high-society Victorian England.
When Dracula targets the beautiful Lucy and Mina, their bumbling suitors team up with the eccentric monster-hunter Dr. Van Helsing to stop him. What follows is a breathless chase filled with pop-culture references, campy melodrama, and a Dracula who is far more concerned with his skincare routine than spreading terror.

Ultimately, the chaotic family must confront their secrets to find their own perfect holiday ending.
